Job Description: • Development of proposals, notice, agreements, pitches, etc., for clients. • Visit to the clients` locations • Giving presentations on the laptop • Answering Inquiries • Booking orders • Aggressively achieving the sales target • Continuous follow up with the customers • Managing Key Accounts. • Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements • Extend market Support to sales teams to build sales volumes and meet sales targets, • Sales and Marketing business performance reporting. • Establish and maintain marketing database and inventory control of marketing information • Support business development opportunities with preparatory research & follow-up. • Prospecting / Research / Lead generation • Invoicing & following up for payments / collection etc with the clients. • Interaction / co-ordination with other departments for the flow of information required by the marketing department. • Maintaining a database of proposals and also relevant market data • Preparing vouchers and bills for senior members of the Sales & Marketing Team • Organizing conferences between clients and concerned employees, if needed for any clarification • Sending Marketing status report to management
